Unless you post it in the right thread, responses out here can be a little slow to come by.
You haven't talked about what you want to do post-graduation. Switch lanes, continue in the same industry (but in a different role) or something else?
I see that you've used a lot of weak and average self-ratings. Possibly a little late in the day to do anything about the extra-curriculars (pushing in something just to give the perception of a well-rounded profile might backfire), but you could still start.
For those into highly quantitative roles (like prop trading), there might be some questions to address. Is it a solitary job? How developed are your team-leading, management and leadership skills? Can you convince Adcoms that your 3 yrs have packed in much more than your friendly neighborhood competitors (averaging 5-yrs of work-ex) slugging it out for the same seat?
These points can be addressed in your essays. So, dude, strong essays are a must. Also, I'm not sure why you've presumed they'd be average. It's something that you control, right?
You gotta do some serious thinking (and acting) to change the ratings for your essays/LoRs from average to strong. A strong GMAT won't pull you into the top league. But combine it with some kick-a$$ essays/LoRs and you'd be in the reckoning for all the schools you've listed.
There might be a few others you could've added to your list. If you need help in the shortlisting process, I could recommend a team (you probably already know about them).
Good luck, my friend. Share the good news back here once you get that coveted letter.
