Hello, I plan on applying to the below schools in Round 1. Do you believe this is a solid range of schools or am I being too optimistic? Thanks in advance for your input.
Reach: Carnegie Mellon, Cornell, Georgetown, Duke
Target: WashU, Vanderbilt, Rochester
Age: 24
Sex: Male
GMAT: 660
Undergraduate: Top 50 School, 2.85 GPA but 3.6 Major GPA, undergraduate business major
Work Experience
2 years in back office accounting at well known national bank
EC's are very strong - President of 2 student organizations, lots of community service
Very strong essays and letters of recommendation
Reach: Carnegie Mellon, Cornell, Georgetown, Duke

Thank you for the response. I didn't do well in the required courses freshman/sophomore year, but then started to improve once taking business and finance courses. I was planning on addressing this for the optional essays. Will my GPA prevent me from being admitted to programs such as Cornell, Duke and Carnegie Mellon?
