Thank you for responding. The people who will write them really like me and would say positive things in a phone interview but unfortunately they are not proffesors or upper level management. Their writing is just not very strong and they both asked me to just write the letter for them....so I am not expecting much.

Also are there some other programs I should be looking at with 1 year MSF programs who weigh GMAT scores highly for admittance. I figure I have no shot at top 20 programs with my gpa but would be nice to have some other options in case I dont get into either of top 2 choices.

Thanks for the additional info. They don't need to be professors or upper level management. They need to know you well. They also don't need to write like Shakespeare. They do need to write based on personal experience supervising you.

I think that Vandy and Tulane's MiF are good options for you given your lowish GPA and high GMAT, which will go a long way towards helping you. Also check out the University of Rochester and the University of Indiana.
