Hello,
You've probably already heard this, but a 2.67 GPA will unfortunately be a deal breaker at most top U.S. business schools. There are certainly things you can do to help over come that -- such as a strong GMAT score (which you have) and additional college coursework -- but it may not be enough. At the end of the day, when HBS and Wharton have so many amazing applicants to consider for a limited number of seats, why should they take a chance on someone with such a big blemish?
I don't say that to be mean to to discourage you... It's just the way it is, unfortunately. You always could apply and take your chances (stranger things have happened!), but just know that the number of people starting HBS this fall with that low of a GPA is probably in the single digits (out of more than 900 students).
The same goes for LBS and INSEAD, really. Too many applicants, not enough seats... They really need to have a great reason to take a chance on you if you have such a low GPA. Again, not a guaranteed deal breaker, but I would at least add some lower-ranked schools to the mix to improve your chances.
Good luck!
Scott
