Due to the fact I was engaged in college (and partied too much), I received an ultra-low GPA (1.7) from Cornell University upon graduation in 1999.
Since then I have worked for two high visibility brand name organizations, and have a fairly successful career. I am now ready to take education seriously and gain admission to an MBA program.
I havent taken the GMAT yet, but is it even worth my time? Is it even possible to get accepted at a decent school with such a low GPA?

Before MBA Apply can respond, I'm betting that a little more info is needed.
Which schools are you targeting? What field was your work experience in? What are your post-MBA ambitions? A few more details about your past / present / future will be helpful!

I am targeting NY based schools, of course I would only go if I could get into a decent school.
I had my own marketing consulting company for about 8 years, worked in Television for 4 years and currently run a major brand's internet marketing.
My future goal is to become one the top internet marketing consultants in NY.
What other info do you need?
