I am currently looking to choose some schools I want to apply for next fall 2011 and would really appreciate if you could recommend some schools that would fit my profile.
Age: Currently 28, but will be 29 when I apply in the fall of 2011.
Work Experience: 3 years and 8 months currently, will have 4 years and 10 months of experience by matriculation
I have been working in my current role for 2 years as sales support in a global telecommunications firm. As part of a cross-functional team, I help deliver technical services to international banks and insurance companies and helped win millions of dollars in 2009. I also earned an award in 2009 for my work in one of the biggest deals won that year. Before this role, I worked in a product marketing role in a different telecommunications company. I led a cross-functional team and motivated the team to work beyond their job duties to prevent loss of discounts worth millions of dollars annually. I also managed different marketing programs, brining incremental profits in millions of dollars by reorganizing the process and finding a better incentive plan.
Education: BCOM in Marketing from a tier 1 school in Canada, 76% GPA (80% required for honours)
GMAT: 700, Q:50, V:34, AWA: 5.5
Extracurricular: I am a regular volunteer for different international art and film festivals. I have been volunteering since 2008.
Post-MBA goal: I want to switch my career and move into brand management at a global CPG firm.
I am also wondering if I should retake GMAT to increase my chance at top schools.

You're most welcome.
Your quant score is fine and you don't need to raise it. Your verbal must be a tad low on the percentile scale. Do you think you can raise it? Were your practice scores higher?

Yes, my practice test scores were around 750ish, so I was hoping to get a score around 740.
Maybe I should retake it to increase my chance for admission.
In your opinion, which shools should I aim for? I thought of Kellogg, but I am not too sure if my profile is strong enough.
