- University Rank holder for 3 consecutive years
2. MS in Software Engineering from BITS India.
- Successful career switch.

Work Experience
7 years FT (3.5 year onsite USA)
2003 - 2004: Worked for TATA Automotive group of India as a suspension design engineer.
2004-present - Working for an Indian IT company. Currently located at client location in USA. Two promotions in last 6 years.
I am handling multiple responsibilities at the client location like: Project coordinator, Team Lead, Subject Matter Expert and Developer.
Extracurricular
Current EC:
1. Community Service: Team lead of the community initiative team of the company. Helping multiple local/national non-profit organizations through company's CSR policies.
2. Passionate about playing Chess. I also teach chess to few local kids as a hobby.
Undergraduate EC:
1. Started a national level paper presentation competition for the college
2. Caption of undergraduate and high school chess team.
Startup involvement
I am involved in my friend's startup IT Company as a consultant, to help him setup the onsite-offshore communication model. Also guiding them on what processes they can develop and follow with-in the company to speed up the delivery process, and minimizing the defects.
Target Schools
My dream school is Chicago Business School and Wharton. But not sure which other schools I can or should try. Any help would be greatly appreciated.
