Hi kdsvs,
There's nothing wrong with your profile, although there's not necessarily a ton to make it stand out vs. thousands (literally!) of other applicants. So, H/S/W will be tough. Not impossible, but keep in mind that Stanford's acceptance rate (for example) was 7% last year... So, 13 out of 14 people who apply there will be disappointed. So, when I tell you your odds at those three schools aren't great, it's just that you really need to stand out to have a decent shot.
Having said that, your GPA and GMAT are great, and your work experience sounds promising. While Big 4 Audit work will normally elicit yawns, if you've been as strong a performer as this sounds, then I expect that you'll have some GREAT experiences to discuss and should be able to get some STRONG letters of recommendation.
So, I'm bullish on your candidacy overall! Please don't do the typical applicant faux pas of "H/S/W or nothing"... Spread your bets a bit more widely (and you're correct that you need to sharpen your goals a bit more), and I think you'll have a good shot at getting into a great school next year.
One last thought... Small online clothing business is very cool, but you'll need to be smart about how to talk about stuff like this. It's an asset in that it shows initiative, but if it makes you look like a dilettante, that could hurt you. (Smartly presenting stuff like this is the kind of thing we'll help you do!)
Good luck!
Scott
