Computer Engg degree from one of India's reputed institute.
GPA 7.5/10
GMAT 700 Q50 V34 AWA 3.0
Work Ex 4 + years primarily in Telecom industry (OSS/BSS consulting)
last 2 years at Oracle India
Some US exposure (2-3 months)
Questions:
1.Should i retake GMAT because of bad AWA?
I am planning to give IELTS and score good (>=8) to compensate for bad AWA.
I am targeting Melbourne Business School big time.
2.What other US B schools i should aim for at this gmat score(if i want to go without retaking gmat-this was my first GMAT attempt)?

Hi Linda,
Post MBA I would like to work in consulting domain for telecommunication industry.
As i see from the range of clients involved in this industry i think it will be little easier to get a job in US or Australia.
Currently i am working as Quality Assurance Engg and i would like to move into Business Development or Consulting or Product Management in the same industry.
