Your extras are fine - they're pretty run-of-the-mill "community service" stuff that many other applicants in the past (and present) will have - they're not a concern, but not really a big asset either (but I suppose better than nothing).
Schools like INSEAD, Booth and Columbia are within reach - I'd say they're sweet spots for you. They're not safeties, but with a bit of luck you should be able to get into at least one of them assuming your applications are strong and you don't run into bad luck.
HBS and Wharton are stretches - but so long as you're applying to schools where you have a reasonable shot (INSEAD, Booth, Columbia), you may as well give these two a shot. They're not impossible, but certainly less likely.
So in short, no, you're not deluding yourself. You're list of schools is ambitious but realistic as a whole.
