I have listed my career graph in my CV. My most recent role was as a strategy consultant. I have a strong operations and supply chain background.
My target schools are:
MIT Sloan (Leaders of Global Operations - MS & MBA dual degree program)
HBS MBA - General management
Kellog MBA
Johnson, Cornell
Darden
Tepper
Furthermore, I am undecided about Ross and may consider applying there.
Strategy Consultant
• Project lead (Retail vertical) for a project commissioned by the SAP Board to create a lightweight, intuitive solution for the Bottom of the pyramid. I applied for this role and was chosen from a large pool of applicants after a rigorous selection process.
• Was involved in customer requirement analysis, external intelligence, ideation and design of a Greenfield solution. Defined the process and partner management strategy including the GTM (Go-to-market) “Installation, maintenance and support” strategy. Designed the Business case and business model.
Business Analyst
• Quantitative analysis of performance metrics, KPIs (Key performance indicators) for the development support group.
• Worked on a project to consolidate third party staffing by analyzing cost metrics, optimize budget without affecting service delivery. This led to reduction in third party resources from 10 to 2 and helped save substantial revenue for the organization.
Process Analyst
• Lean Quality Circle lead for the Software Logistics Group in SAP. As part of the Lean strategic initiative in SAP, guided the team in Germany on lean process improvement initiatives after running a pilot in Bangalore.
Operations consultant
• Worked as a Technology and Operations Consultant. Job entailed strategic planning and technical consulting with development groups spread across different SAP development centers across the globe. In a year, transitioned into Landscape expert and India liaison for CRM, SCM and SRM development.
EC:
• Convener - Literary and Quizzing Society of my college.
• Core committee member – Technical Events committee of the BMSCE cultural festival.
• College Quizzing - Was part of the college Quiz team, winning prestigious College Bowl Competitions at eminent institutes all over the country (IIT M, NITK, IIM B, NLSIU).
• Winner of the National Inter-University Youth festival Quiz competition, supported by the Ministry of Youth Affairs and Sports, Government of India.

You're applying to a good range. Obviously HBS, Kellogg and Sloan are going to be stretches, but with Cornell, Darden and Tepper you should be able to get into at least one of the six schools. Just do the best you can on the written applications.
