Stern is the only school on that list where you are in range for.
INSEAD really values globe trotting expats -- those who have worked and lived around the world. You'll be up against other folks (i.e. Indians) with more extensive international experience than you may have. So the school will be a stretch.
Sloan is very very self-conscious (arguably a little too self-conscious) about its parent being an engineering school. It gets a greater % of engineers who apply (of all stripes and all kinds) than any other school, and it's a small incoming class. It's also a stretch.
With HBS, there's simply too many things going against you. Your age and your profile (Indian engineer) will make it a long shot.
I'd shoot for Stern and maybe 2-3 peer schools such as Duke, Darden, Michigan, Yale, Cornell, Haas, UCLA). Apply to INSEAD and Sloan, but keep in mind that they will be stretches (you have a shot of getting in, but you'll need to get lucky as well).
