Tamara: My previous employer, WXY Corporation, owes me my final paycheck, and I have been having trouble collecting it. Tomorrow, I am going to WXY 's payroll office with an attorney, and I am not coming home without my final paycheck. So, if I am not home tomorrow night, you will know that I haven't collected my final paycheck.

Which of the following best describes the flaw in Tamara's reasoning?

-It erroneously presumes that WXY can afford to pay Tamara's final paycheck.
out of scope.

-It mistakenly assumes that the presence of an attorney will guarantee the collection of the final paycheck.
not really. she said that she would go with an attorney. and she leaves the possibility of not getting the check.

- It unfairly attacks the character of the employees in WXY 's payroll office rather than the policies they execute.
out of scope.

-It mistakes something that could be true for something that must be true.
aha! she might receive the check, but still not come home.

-It equivocates with respect to the term "collect."
irrelevant

wow, this question is so good.
B and C can be safely removed.
There is a question in which E is the answer, but I do think the term "collect" is fine here -> E is out.
The argument does not mention about the information in A, and even if it does, D is still better b/c D connects with the flow of logic of the argument. Also, the argument already talks about the scenario of no final paycheck.
