costs will rise since it is expensive to hire the services of legitimate celebrities instead of using celebrity imposters.
Cost is rising because company has to use legitimate celebrity instead of imposters. So to conclude that cost will rise is based on underlying assumption that company has to use celebrities in the film.

Answer is E. The ONLY way agency's costs can go high is that is still continues shooting ads USING REAL celebrities. From the other answers it's not evident why the agency's costs should go high.

Pre-thinking: Argument relies on the assumption that Ad agency will certainly use a celebrity and will not make ad without one.
E is the exact answer.

The question is constructed on the similar logic of a question talks about music records instead of actor .

Why not A???
If most people are still not able to tell the difference, then it should not come as a blow to adv agency. So, the conclusion would fall apart.
