Since trees absorb carbon dioxide, planting large numbers of trees will help us fulfil our commitment.

Goal : Reduce CO2

Plan : Plant tress = tress =CO@2 = CO2 reduce
Assumption : the plan itself will not ruin the efficacy !!
There will no relative increase in CO2 which will belie the effect of tree plantaion emission control
Which one of the following, if true, would most weaken the environment minister's argument?
(A) Owners of large tracts of private land are usually unwilling to plant trees unless they are given a financial incentive for doing so.
- DO we know that the govt. is willing to provide the incentive?? It may be or may not be - INCONCLUSIVE TYPE OF ANSWER
(B) Over the last ten years the proportion of land that is deforested annually has not increased as much as has the proportion of carbon dioxide in the atmosphere.
- STrengthener !! if deforrestation is lower than emission of CO2 then good right?

- Destrosys the assumption !! e want to plant trees but if planting process worsens the plan even more then whats the use?? how ill we reduce the emission SUBSTANTIALLY !! Also the answer gives us a clear comparison that the emission of CO2 will be larger than what could be reduces in 10 years !! It acnnot get any more obvious !!!
