A in my opinion as well. Staffing is not the issue in the argument - only the kitchen.

PS. Why don't we have the answers to some of these questions?

IMO A
Kitchen not being expanded wont be an issue if A is true. Hence prediction is weakened

I was between A and E, and I went with E unfortunately.

The reason I deleted A is that it assumes that serving drinks and pre-cooked food is feasible and won't results in poor service. On the other hand, option E says that hiring two members to serve the new tables. I felt option E is more relevant to the service point/drawback.

Could you please elaborate on why option A is more suitable in this argument?

Thanks

Kitchen area can handle only the current dining area. Increase in wait time is proportional to loss in business

(E) The Hayes Diner has hired two new wait staff members to serve in the new dining area.

Even if they hire two wait staff, the additional orders from new dining area has to go to the same kitchen area. Eventually it leads to increase in wait time.

Conclusion: The restaurant will not be able to handle the additional orders and will lose business due to its poor service.

Background: The kitchen is not being expanded by the restaurant.

To counter this or weaken this we have to prove that

The new area shall not be used for serving foods which shall be prepared in the kitchen.
