IMO C is correct
A. Alex has no skills in cloud computing.
Wrong. Dexter does cloud business primarily but it is.not necessarily the only business it does
B. Dexter Solutions does no business in the IT infrastructure services domain.
Wrong. Even if Dexter does no business in the 8nfra domain, there may still be some overlap b/w his skills and Dexter's requirements
C. there is no overlap between Alex's skill-set and the domains that Dexter Solutions does business in.
Correct. Since there is no overlap b/w skills of.slex and skills required by Dexter, we can conclude for sure that Alex does not work at Dexter.
D. the global market size of the IT infrastructure services consulting business is small.
Irrelevant and wrong. We are not talking about market size here

This is an inference question logical FIB question
Conclusion: Alex surely cannot be a consultant at Dexter Solutions
permise : Alex is an IT consultant who specializes in IT infrastructure services
undelying assumption: probably IT concultants are not qualified to become consultants ...
the FIB is asking for the reasoning behind the conclusion based on the premise therefore we must find the assumption!
A. Alex has no skills in cloud computing.
Even if he doesn't it is not mentioned in the passage that people who have no skills in cloud compution cannot become Consultants!-wrong!
B. Dexter Solutions does no business in the IT infrastructure services domain.
even if they do not do any business- in the prompt its nowhere mentioned that Alex posses zero skills besides IT skills that can come into handy in Dexter solutions-wrong!
C. there is no overlap between Alex's skill-set and the domains that Dexter Solutions does business in.
Boom! this the correct option! Alex has nothing to offer, he has no skill that is useful for Dexter solutions therefore they cannot hire him!- Correct!
