(B) Cookware that requires more maintenance is not as convenient for home cooking. since conclusion relies on what's ultimately more convenient and negating this breaks the argument its the correct answer

(C) There are no pans that are more convenient for nonstick purposes than coated aluminum pans. we are not concerned about the nonstick purpose we care about cooking eggs and fish at home

The need isn't about maintaining nonstick surfaces. It could be about used as the the ingredients according to the recipe. While the pan still doesn't need to be nonstick.
