Deli A sells the equal number of kilograms of American, Provolone and Swiss cheese each day. If Deli A sold 60 kilograms of cheese yesterday, what were the total sale proceeds from the cheese it sold?
A. $340
B. $380
C. $720
D. $1020
E. $1230

We know that Deli A sells an equal number of kilograms of American Provolone and Swiss cheese every day. As it sold 60kg of cheese yesterday, we know that it sold 20kg of each kind.
From the table we can get the prices per kilogram of each kind of cheese.
The total proceeds therefore are:
\(20kg * (15\$/kg + 17\$/kg + 19\$/kg) = 20kg * 51\$/kg = 1020\$\). Of course, this can also be calculated from the average kg price of all three kinds \((60kg * 17\$/kg)\)

Total sales = 60 so each kind of cheese sold was 20kg
