as the heading suggests the Q is of not only poor quality but of "very poor Quality".
1) how can LCM not contain all prime numbers involved.. 2 is there in product and not in LCM..
2) HCF * LCM = product...
so hcf =2, but here HCF is not a divisor of LCM... not possible..
I cannot think of any two such numbers...

LCM x HCF = Product of Two numbers
15 x HCF = 30
i.e. HCF = 2
But this is an impossible Proposition because of LCM is 15 then none of the numbers can be even and in that case HCF = 2 is an impossible solution
In this case I don't find an appropriate answer choice which ideally should be "Improper Proposition" or "Data Inadequate"
To choose the bets option here I would take Option E without agreeing to it much
