The number given is 0.125125125125.........
Check the pattern -
\(1^{st}\) digit after decimal = 1
\(2^{nd}\) digit after decimal = 2
\(3^{rd}\) digit after decimal = 5
Thus if we can form sets of numbers then it will look something like this
||\(1^{st}\) Set of 3 digits || ||\(2^{nd}\) Set of 3 digits ||............||\(27^{th}\)Set of 3 digits ||
In any complete set of 3 digits last digit will be 5; so the 81st digit ( Or 27th Set of 3 digits) will be 5

Every 3rd digit is 5 and every multiple of 3 will be the digit 5. Since 81 is multiple of 3, the 81st digit is 5.
