A simple theory for such Question.
If Multiple divisors of any integers are mentioned just take the LCM of all the divisors and the integer will be divisible by that.
LCM of 2,7,11= 154
Hence x must be divisible by 154
Hence B

Since, x is divisible by 2, 7, and 11 so x must be divisible by LCM of 2, 7 and 11 = 154
