I did it a little bit differently:
Cost of food per day for 4 = 20
And then set up the ratio: 20/4 = x/7 hence x = 35 and then multiplied it for 5 and obtained 175

Number of days and cost of food will vary directly with each other, Also number of people and cost of food will vary directly with each other. So the cost of food will change in the same ratio in which number of days and number of people will change.
Let cost of food in second case be 'x'.
So, we have 3 days, 4 adults = $60
5 days, 7 adults = x
Or 3/5 * 4/7 = 60/x OR x = 5*7*5 = 175
Hence B answer
