Fiction books together and non fiction together, so they can be placed as FN or NF, thus two ways.
3 fiction books can be arranged within themselves in 3! Ways.
Similarly nonfiction books in 3! Ways..
Total 2*3!*3!=2*6*6=72

total ways of arranging nf books and f books in groups is 2 and ways to each arrange is 3! *3!;
so total ways 2*3!*3!= 72 ways option C
