so
least = 10 and greatest = 14
sum = 24
IMO A
Given that the average (arithmetic mean) of 5 consecutive integers is 12 and we need to find the sum of the least and greatest of the 5 integers

Let the five numbers be x-2, x-1, x , x+1, x+2
=> Mean = middle term = x = 12
Sum of highest and lowest term = x + 2 + x - 2 = 2x = 2*12 = 24
So, Answer will be A.
