The profile is very competitive, I would say,
Only the CGPA Part is something that you need to compensate for with other aspects of your profile; it should feel like it's reasonable because you were involved in so much during your undergrad
Having NTSE and certifications again is an Edge on your profile!
Also, work is good!
So, apply with a good score I would say target 655 (for HEC, INSEAD, ESSEC) and start working on your SOPs, ESSAYS, that would be a good approach!

Hey!

You can check the averages for which schools you are targeting!
Else I would say target 330+, you would be good to go!

Your academics and extracurriculars are strong. The biggest AdCom concern is “Why MiM after a BA + MA in Political Science and 2 years of UPSC prep?”

They may question whether management is a genuine career choice or a Plan B, and whether another Master’s is necessary

If you are able to link all three it’s fine !

(I’m not a complete expert in evaluating profiles, you can ask the admissions consultants for better in depth perspective but based on what I reviewed last year during ESSEC admissions this is my first question)

Your profile is very competitive and your target schools are modest which actually should be ambitious.

Your GMAT score range is still not very comfortable to have the safety mark but if you push it a little, your IIT pedigree along with international exposure makes your profile distinguished and that’s the point you must capitalise on. There are more ambitious courses that you target and I am sure you can succeed in getting into those ambitious global programs
