Answer seems to be coming D , please can you share the official explanation.
160=X+Y-Both
Only X=40
Both =40
So X =80
Now 160=80+Y-40
Y=120

P.S.

OA is incorrect. Answer is D

As a general rule, anytime you see the word “only” or “exactly,” you will not
be using a formula to solve the problem, and you should pay particular
attention to wording. Also, note that you are given both absolute number
data and percentage data in this problem, so be careful that you do not
inadvertently mix the two. Often it is easier to use percentage data until the
end, but since the calculations from the percent number to the absolute
number data are easy on this problem, the following Venn Diagram is
labeled with the actual numbers, not the percentages:

People who used at least one of X and Y = 80% of 200 = 160

160 = Only X + Only Y + Both
(covers all three regions of the venn digram of two overlapping sets)

160 = 40 + Only Y + 40
Only Y = 80

People who used Y = Only Y + Both = 80 + 40 = 120

160 = Only X + Only Y + Both

Karishma , this problem can be solved without the caluacation unlike done by you right? Because of the 160 if i remove the 40 cases of exactly one left will be a circle of full b = 120
