Let total number of members be x
Cost of pair of socks = $4
So cost of a t shirt = 4+5 = $9
Let total members = x
Total cost of socks and t shirt for 1 member = 2*(4+9)x =2*13x
Therefore 2* 13x = 2366
x = 91 (B)
