Let the total number of students be x.
80% are over 10 years old = (80/100)x = 0.8x
20% of those play an organised sport = (20/100)*0.8x = 0.16x
Number of students those are above 10 yrs old but do not play an organised sport = 0.8x - 0.16x = 0.64x
Therefore, 64%
This can also be done by assuming the total number of students as 100 instead of x.

80% of them are more than 10 years old implies 20% are less than or equal 10 years old.
20% of 80 children play organized sports - 20*80/100 = 16
Children >10 years old and not play organized sports = 80 - 16 = 64
Hence, 64% of children in the room are >10 years old and not play organized sports
