Arranging TABLE alphabetically ABELT

Words formed when A is the first letter 4!
Words formed when B is the first letter 4!
Words formed when E is the first letter 4!
Words formed when L is the first letter 4!
Words formed when T is the first letter and A is the second letter TABEL, TAELB, TALBE, TABLE.

24(4)+4=100 What is that I am missing?

Yes you are correct till 24*4
Now TABEL and the next will be TABLE so 96+1+1 —- 98th

We see that the first word is ABELT, the second is ABETL, and so on. We need to determine the position of the word TABLE.

If A is the first letter, then there are 4! = 24 ways to rearrange the other 4 letters. In other words, there are 24 words that begin with A. Likewise, there will be 24 words that begin with B, 24 with E and 24 with L.

So far there are 24 x 4 = 96 words that begin with A, B, E, or L. Therefore, the next word must begin with T and this word is TABEL. So TABEL is the 97th word, and the next word is exactly the word TABLE. So TABLE is the 98th word.
