No. Leaving remainder of 7 when divided by 9 are; 7,(7+9),(7+9(2)),(7+9(3))....... Or 7+9(n).....

A) 61 = 7 + 9(n)
=> 54/9 = 6 (correct)
B) 88 = 7 + 9(n)
=> 81/9 = 9
C) 106 = 7 + 9(n)
=> 99/9 = 11 (correct)
D) 115 = 7 + 9(n)
=> 108/9 = 12 (correct)
E) 134 = 7 + 9(n)
=> 127/9 = 14.11 (incorrect)
E is the answer.
