Set S consist of number multiple of 18 = {18,36,54,72,90........}
Among set the number of satisfying constraint = 5x+4 is
5(3)+3 ≠ 5x+4
5(7)+1 ≠ 5x+4
5(10)+4 = 5x+4 (Correct)
5(14)+2 ≠ 5x+4 ......
Therefore least no. Satisfying all constraints = 54
Answer is E

best way to solve this question is by 1st dividing all option by 5 and check which one has 4 as remainder , only d and e satisfy this criteria , next check divisibilty by 2 and 9 , only e satisfy , so e is the right choice
