Batch 1:
Weight = 3000 grams
Ratio of fondant to liqueur is 5:3
=> Weight of fondant = (5/8) * 3000 = W1
Batch 2:
Weight = 2000 grams
Ratio of fondant to liqueur is 6:4
=> Weight of fondant = (6/10) * 2000 = W2
Total weight of fondant = W1 + W2
Total weight of fondant = 1875 + 1200
Total weight of fondant = 3075
Answer: C

liqueur in 3000 g \(= (\frac{3}{5+3})*3000 = 1175\)
In a 2000g batch of the same frosting, the ratio is 6:4
Foundant in 2000 g \(= (\frac{6}{6+4})*2000 = 1200\)
liqueur in 2000 g \(= (\frac{4}{6+4})*2000 = 800\)
Foundant in Combination = 1875+1200 = 3075
Answer: Option C
