Distance between (5,-2) and (-5,3) can be calculated as :

\sqrt{(5+5) sq + (-2-3) sq}
\sqrt{125} =5\sqrt{5}

Hence , circumference of the circle = 2*pi*r/2
2*pi*5\sqrt{5} /2

Radius = Distance between (5, -2) and (-5, 3) *0.5 = sqrt (10^2 + 5^2) * 0.5 = 2.5 * sqrt (5)

Circumference = 2 * pi * Radius = 5 * sqrt (5)

Dia = √[(x2-x1)^2+(y2-y1)^2]
Here, x1=5, y1=-2, x2=-5, and y2=3
D=√[(-10)^2+5^2]
D=√125
D=5√5

Circumference of circle = πD
= 5√5π
