Lets take the LCM of 5, 4, 3, 2, 1 = 60
We can assume that 60 kg of each alloy is mixed to form a new alloy

Weights of elements in Alloy1
Z:C:T = 2:3:1
Weights will be:

Z = 20
C = 30
T = 10

Weights of elements in Alloy2
C:T:L = 5:4:3
Weights will be:

C = 25
T = 20
L = 15

Weight of Lead in alloy3 is 15 and total weight is 120 (60+60)
Weight of lead in per kg of alloy3 = 15/120 = 1/8

SOLUTION:
Refer to the figure attached.
Convert the ratios of the first alloy into 4:6:2 so that the quantities of the alloys are made equal(12 units each).

Thus weight of lead = 3/(12+12) = 3/24 =1/8 kg (Option B)

Ans is 1 / 8 as if we mix in equal proportions the % becomes half of combined both

Can You explain from where are you getting this?
Also why aren't we adding the weight of Lead from both the alloys as 3+2=5/24
I am getting 1/6 as the answer
