The given expression is

n=2^−10+2^−9?(7^−1)(5^9)
when we simply this expression
taking 2^-9(2 ^-1+1)*7/5^9
10.5/2^9*5^9
so we get 10.5* 10^-9
we get seven zeros after which first non zero digit will appear

Hence option D is correct

This problem can be solved by simplification
Given n= (2^-10 + 2^-9) / (7^-1 x 5^9)
taking 2^-9 common and bringing it to denominator generates 10^-9
taking 7^-1 to numerator gives 21/2 as value

Hence multiplying with 10^-9 gives 7 zero digits after decimal before the first non zero digit (Option D)
