1st digit cannot be 0 (1 to 9)
2nd digit can be anything from 0 to 9
3rd digit can be anything from 0 to 9
The 4th digit will be the same as d2
and the 5th digit will be the same as d1

Total palindromes: 9 × 10 × 10 = 900
