(1) Jessica drove her car a distance of 100 miles in the first 75 minutes.

Notice two things:
1. Jessica's speed is constant;
2. If we knew her speed we would be able to answer the question.
(1) Jessica drove her car a distance of 100 miles in the first 75 minutes. We can get the speed, hence can answer the question. Sufficient.
(2) At the same speed, Jessica would cover a distance of 320 miles in 4 hours. The same here: we can get the speed, hence can answer the question. Sufficient.
Answer: D.
