We need to find if x is greater than y or not.

Statement-1:  “ x = \frac{7}{91^{25}}  “

We need to compare two variable, x and y, and, from this statement, we only have information about x.

Hence,  Statement 1 alone is not sufficient to answer the question.

Statement-2:  “ y = 13 * 91^{24}  “

We need to compare two variable, x and y, and, from this statement, we only have information about y.

Hence,  Statement 2 alone is not sufficient to answer the question.

Combining both the statements:

From statement 1, we have: 
 •  x = \frac{7}{91^{25}}  which is less than 1.

From statement 2, we have: 
 •  y = 13 * 91^{24}  which is more than 1.

Thus, x<y.

Hence,  we can arrive at the answer by combining both the statements.

Hence, the correct answer is option C.
