We are asked (N1*x%/100% + N2*y%/100%)/(N1+N2) > 0.8 (80%)
Clearly we have equation with 4 variables. Statements 1 and 2 give us proportions, but not terms (and we have no proportion x/y to N1/N2 to reduce fraction to numbers). Answer (E).
