Given that h(x) = 2x − 1 and g(x) = (2x − 3)/5 and we need to find the value of g(k)

Now, to answer this problem we need to find the value of k

STAT 1: h(k) = 7

=> h(k) = 2k − 1 = 7
=> 2k = 8
=> k = \(\frac{8}{2}\) = 4
=> g(k) = g(2) = (2*2 - 3)/5 = \(\frac{1}{5}\)
=> SUFFICIENT

STAT 2: h(1) = k/4

h(1) = 2*1 - 1 = 2-1 = 1 = k/4
=> k = 4
=> SUFFICIENT

So, Answer will be D
Hope it helps!
