Is x>y?

1. x+y<0
Now, best way to solve this question: try a few values for x&y:
x=-10, y=9---- NO
x=9, y=-10-----YES
Insuff!

2. x + |y| < −1

Now, |y| >/=0
So x must be negative for x + |y| < −1.
Lets take a few values for X&Y:
x=-100,
So for x + |y| < −1, |y|=97...lets say!
Then, y=+97/-97
In any case, x can never be greater than y.
Pick up any value for x&y: X<Y always
So Suff!
