If Guy works at a constant rate, how many minutes would it take him to complete 15X^2 phone calls?

(1) Guy takes X minutes to complete each phone call.

(2) Every minute, Guy completes X phone calls.

statement I alone is not sufficient.
Statement II alone is not sufficient.

Set up proportion table using the information in the question.
minutes/phone calls

STATEMENT 1 = X/1
STATEMENT 2 = 1/X

Combine Statements 1 and 2

X/1 = 1/X
X^2 = 1
Therefore X = 1
15X^2 = 15 phone calls when X = 1
Therefore option C is the correct option
