Sufficient.

(1) The 6th root of m is the square root of 2:
- \(\sqrt[6]{m} = \sqrt{2}\);
Take to the 6th power: \(m=(\sqrt{2})^6=2^3=8\).
Sufficient.
(2) 15% of m is 1.2
- \(0.15m=1.2\);
\(m=8\).
Sufficient.
Answer: D.
