I did apply in Round 1 as well, but have not heard anything back as of now. Does anyone know if they send out all the round 1 decisions at once or they phase them out all the way until 30th December?

No idea whether the non-admitted students have been informed about the decision. So far, 4 candidates (2 Asians and 2 Latin Americans) have announced that they have got the admit emails from MIT on Dec 1st. Hopefully, all remaining candidates will be notified within this week itself.

Since few candidates have already received their decisions, we can safely assume that the school does not send out all decision at once. Historically, most of the candidates have received their decisions within 3-4 weeks from the date of their applications. So, we can expect a final decision very soon.
