Hello,
I am looking to apply for top MIM programs for 2022 admit. From India.
My acads - 10th: 10 CGPA; 12th: 94.2%; B.E: 8.80 CGPA
GMAT - 660 (Q48 V32)
I have 21 months of work experience in the Technology Consulting domain with Deloitte. I am currently interning at the Indian School of Business on a marketing-related project.
A higher-level picture of my profile is as follows:
- Working on carrying out data collection, analysis and conceptualization of research ideas related to a Marketing Strategy based project at ISB
- Led a team of 4 on a Technology consulting project at Deloitte. Had also undertaken a couple of data visualisation projects at work.
- Contributed to designing numerous social media campaigns for the firm.
- Currently, running a Marketing Blog, where I write numerous articles on crucial marketing related happenings around the world.
- Back in undergrad, I have a bunch of extracurriculars; which include, leading social services and fellowship club with 1200+ volunteers. Interned with Youth For Seva, where I taught a bunch of underprivileged students crucial concepts of Mathematics.
- Also, led the publicity and marketing team of the college cultural fest, which resulted in some crucial impact on the event reach and engagement.
- Have also cleared the certified scrum master certification
I would like to understand my chances and what good MIM programs I should be aiming for considering my profile. Please let me know. Any insights would be greatly appreciated!

Thank you for posting your profile. Lets break it down to what exactly does a Adcom look for from a candidate.
1. You have decent acads , GMAT score - a higher score will increase the probability of your admit. Depending on which school you are applying to, it would be better if you are higher than the average.
2. Good work experience. Your internship with ISB is quite interesting. The exposure you have working on these projects can be a great value-add for the post masters goal you plan.
3. Extra-Curricular - It would be good to highlight anything that you have done recently. If you would like to talk about your volunteer experience during your undergrad it should be more about what you learnt from it - "Impact"
You do have a competitive profile, a higher GMAT Score will help for sure. Depending on what schools you are looking at for MIM - my suggestion is to strategise accordingly. You could consider schools such as ESCP , ESSEC and a few more in Europe. You can PM me if you would like to discuss.
