Thanks for reaching out!
I wouldn't say the Quant score is a dealbreaker, but it is a concern. It's also a bit surprising because you majored in Finance so you would think you'd have the Quant section nailed down. Plus, you're in a somewhat technical role now. Those factors might help outweigh your performance on the exam but do raise some questions about consistency.
Do you know why you scored so low on the Quant section? Have you taken the exam before or was this your only shot? Would you consider retaking the exam? You should have ample time to give it another go. Since you are already at a 690 a marginally better performance on the Quant section will not only get you to a 700, but would have a multiplicative effect as the GMAT rewards a balance performance. Doing better on the GMAT would be a huge boon to your chances at some of these top schools.
Also, how does a 3.2 GPA rank in Canada? Does it fall along the same grading scale as the US? It looks like it's the equivalent of a B/B+. If that's true, you really do need a stronger GMAT score.
Otherwise, you have some very interesting components to your profile. I wouldn't want a score to be the reason your options are limited.
