I applied last fall, and I am currently enrolled at a T20 with half scholarship. I will be withdrawing to work for another year as a teacher.
Stats: 3.72 Biology GPA, 164V 163Q GRE. White male.
Work experience: 1 year at an environmental non-profit, 3.5 years working in energy and sustainability for the state government, and 10 months by June 2022 (term appointment) teaching environmental science to underprivileged kids at a public charter school. I would be applying R1, so a couple of months into teaching.
Volunteering: 1.5 years of volunteering (2 at matriculation) to get kids and their families outdoors fishing at weekly events. Promoted a year into leading boat tours of the river as a paid role. This experience with kids is why I think I got the teaching role. All the people I work with here would be great recommenders.
Goals: Consulting for a few years and then start my own non-profit focused on getting kids outside.
Schools: I applied last Fall and got into all of the T20 schools I applied to, and one T15. Rejected at 2 other T15s and left on Fuqua WL until last week. I was hoping to target Darden and Yale, but I was wondering if I look like I could get Kellogg.

This feels like it will be a new year because last application season was one of the most competitive in recent history. So, I imagine your chances will increase on that basis alone. Plus, you have an interesting profile.
I am not sure if I understand which schools you applied to and were accepted. If you want to divulge the specific names, that would be helpful as your nomenclature is subjective and hard to interpret.
The key question for you as a reapplicant is what has changed since you last applied? What was your "pitch" this past year? If you feel you can bring together substantial improvements in both content and style (in application branding), that would improve your chances at some of the programs. Darden feels like a nice fit. Yale could be too as their scores (GRE + GPA) tend to be on the higher end and you are right in the mix. Kellogg is tricky because it's a M7 and a highly desirable program, but it's worth an application as there's nothing inherently disqualifying.
It would probably be good for you to speak with one of our consultants about your profile and strategy. They will be able to make a better assessment based on what you did this past season and how our services can be of help to your candidacy. We look forward to hearing from you!

Thanks, I got in to UNC, USC, Tepper, Johnson, and UT Austin. I was rejected at Yale and Darden, and waitlisted at Fuqua up until the last minute.
