I have a question- are home based GRE tests considered at par with center tests, while applying to GSB?
Schools won’t hold it against you if that’s what you’re asking

In the education section GSB’s asking for our undergrad college and high school, do we need to write all of our high schools or just the one we graduated from?

Just the one you graduated from unless they’ve specifically mentioned that you must write all

Can anyone tell me if there's any change in probability of applying in round 2 vs round 3?
Are you asking about selection chance ?

Yes
R2 offers better chance of selection as the no of seats are higher

I’m thinking of applying in round 3 because of some reasons.
In R3 you will be competing with all the applicants in around one, all the applicants in round two, and all the applicants in round three. Only about 10% of the class is being recruited in round three.... The worst round with the least chances and the lowest amount of financial aid available. 😞

Your profile looks good.As this reflects only the small part of your ability.overall strong Lor will help since you are working in a same company for long.
A strong Lor from your manager will boost your chances even further. That will reflector of your strong work performance.

Keeping the current global scenario you should at least target for 710+ for stanford.

I’m white from austria and have founded my own company with over 40 full time employees
Score is a bit low.

But you’re from relatively underrepresented group and an entrepreneur so might want to take a leap. But can’t say anything without looking at the profile more deeply to understand the nature of the startup overall post-MBA goals and all
