Financially - Admitted to both with no scholarship. However Foster is about 30K less than Tepper with little difference in starting salaries bonuses etc. ~110K at Tepper vs. ~106K at Foster.
Industry - I'm interested in tech/digital media – product management or strategy role and both programs place well into the industry and have strong alumni networks.
Academically - I like the leadership development initiatives and the QA focus at Tepper and think it has a slight edge from an academics perspective. However, I think the entrepreneurship curriculum at Foster is a huge strength along with its marketing.
Misc - Lots of quality of life considerations as I'm married and my wife and I are very outdoor oriented and love skiing etc. Additionally her job prospects in Seattle will be better than in Pittsburgh. Also, higher average age at Foster and more married couples (as a % of the class).
Concerns – I love the Pacific NW but if I want to be more mobile in the future is Tepper the better choice because of the network outside of the NW? Is that worth 30K extra dollars? Also I would like to end up in Seattle immediately following my degree so I feel like being in the city and building a network for two years would be invaluable compared to trying to transplant from Pittsburgh.
Any thoughts are appreciated!

Tepper brand is noticeably stronger IMO but I'm not familiar with your industry so can't make too many other comments.

I will start off by saying that I don't know much about Foster. I agree with revul that Tepper's brand is slightly stronger. But if you want to stay in the Pacific Northwest (lots of great tech companies up there!) after your program, you should definitely choose Foster. Furthermore, the fact that you and your wife would enjoy Seattle more (due to both work and the outdoors) should seal the deal.
If, for whatever reason, you are looking for a network outside of the NW, maybe consider Tepper. Tepper has a very strong relationship with Amazon (probably the strongest out of any bschool due to Marc Onetto), so it won't be too hard to initially land a job in Seattle. Pittsburgh's cost of living is cheaper compared to Seattle.
I don't know which concerns weigh the most for you. If money is an issue, you can always gently nudge/ask to see if any sort of scholarship is possible. If it's your wife's job, I would put a deposit down to both schools and have her start applying to jobs in both cities and have that determine where you end up. If it's about staying in the NW, choose Foster.
